Dying Breed Original – Return & Exchange Policy 

At Dying Breed Original, we take pride in the quality of our gear. If your order isn't hitting the mark, we’re here to help you get it right. 

 

1. Return Windows

 

 

  • Returns: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. 


2. Condition of Items 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be: 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.
  • Free of any odors (smoke, perfume), pet hair, or stains (makeup, deodorant). 

Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 


3. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Limited Edition drops (check product description for specific rules).
  • Underwear, socks, or headwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards. 


4. Shipping Costs 

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total. 


5. Process: How to Start a Return 

  1. Email Us: Contact our team at Dyingbreedoriginal@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.(this may take 24-48 hours)
  3. Ship It: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within several business days. (This should be processed in less than 30 days)


6. Damaged or Defective Goods 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us immediately at [Insert Email Address] with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you
